Our employees can help clients with their storage needs over the phone, by email, or in-person at our office. This allows clients to rent spaces, sign leases and process payments with as much comfort as possible.

Masks Required
For the safety of others, masks are required inside buildings at all times. If you forget yours, we are happy to provide you with one at the office.
Social Distancing
Please maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another and our employees. Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into one’s elbow; and do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact per CDC guidelines, to help contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Office Hours – We’re here!
Our managers are on-site with our regular office hours.
Gate Access
Gate access hours remain the same so you can come and go daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm as usual, with your personal access code. Masks must be worn inside buildings at all times, or your site access may be restricted.
No Touch Packing Supplies – with Curbside Pickup
To purchase boxes or packing supplies, call us by phone or come to the office. To see a full range of the supplies we offer, go to the Boxes and Supplies tab at the top of this page. We will be happy to gather your order and place it on the front porch for curbside pickup!
Intercoms
Intercoms at keypads and elevators are available for easy communication with the managers or you can call the office at 805-964-0924.
Payments
You can make payments by mail, online, over the phone, or drop your check in the drop box at the entrance keypad. Please remember if paying by check to send your payment to our new mailing address: Patterson 101 Self-Storage, 98 N. Patterson Avenue Santa Barbara, CA 93111.
Forms and Leases
For your convenience and safety, we can now use DocuSign for signatures for new rentals.
