Many of our clients here at Patterson Self-Storage store with us temporarily when they stage their homes. Recently one of our favorite realtors in Santa Barbara, Nancy Kogevinas posted a blog about staging your home prior to selling which I thought was terrific.
What’s great about her blog post is that:
- It gives statistics on why it’s beneficial to stage homes, based on research done by the Association of Realtors.
- Provides some emotional factors as to why staging a home matters to buyers.
- Provides a real-world example of how staging can make your home’s value clear and compelling as soon as it his the market.
