    A disk lock and a protection plan may be purchased on site. A one time $25 administrative fee will be due upon move-in. Other rental criteria may apply.

    Our rental process is simple. To begin, please follow these steps using the form above:

    • Request a Unit: First, fill out our availability form with your preferred size and location (Patterson 101 or Patterson Plus).

    • Confirm with Staff: Next, our team will contact you directly to verify open inventory and confirm your reservation.

    • Visit the Main Office: Stop by our office at 98 N. Patterson Ave, Santa Barbara, CA to sign your paperwork and get your gate code.
